EEO compliance and Affirmative Action administration require an extraordinary amount of time from your human resources organization, especially if you have multiple locations. You must have an Affirmative Action plan for each location with 50 or more employees if you (1) have federal contracts of $50,000 or more, (2) are a subcontractor to agencies or organizations that have federal contracts, (3) serve as a depository of Government funds in any amount, or (4) are a financial institution which is an issuing and paying agent for U.
