Susan M. Jordan, President of the Jordan Group, Inc., founded the company in 1995. Susan is an experienced executive with achievement in employee retention, recruitment, change management, employee communications, benefits design and cost control, and training and development. During her 25 years experience in human resources, she has designed, developed, and implemented a wide range of programs to increase financial performance, enhance employee retention, and improve company image.
Prior to forming the Jordan Group, Inc. in 1995, Susan was vice president of human resources for a $250 million Information Technology Services firm with 2,500 employees and thirty branch office locations. During her eleven years in this role, she created and led the departments of employee benefits and compliance, communications, recruitment, and training and development.
The Jordan Group provides a wide range of services to both small and large organizations - to those with fewer than 50 employees to over 5,000. We enjoy a reputation for the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
