Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Highly effective leadership is critical to an organization's success in today's highly competitive environment.

The Jordan Group will partner with you to determine barriers to organizational effectiveness and will design programs to develop leadership capabilities and improve the effectiveness of your management and supervisory staff.

The Jordan Group will:

  • Assist in identifying issues that are barriers to success
  • Design and deliver workshops or training programs customized to your specific needs (or recommend other interventions that are appropriate)
  • Design programs to communicate the responsibilities, roles and expectations of positions
  • Assist in defining new positions, if needed, and train in the responsibilities, roles and expectations of the position
  • Provide individual coaching to managers/supervisors in areas that need strengthening
  • Facilitate groups in identification and resolution of issues
  • Build teams that work together in a highly effective way
  • Overcome barriers that may exist between departments and functions

Programs are customized to address specific client issues (rather than off-the-shelf programs). Our process incorporates reading and study assignments to challenge the existing paradigms of supervisors, managers and leaders. Importantly, processes are incorporated into the programs that will help sustain the behavior learned in the program following the program's end.
